Total snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Ashtabula Inland and Geauga Counties. * WHEN...Until 9 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
