Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Ashtabula Inland, Ashtabula Lakeshore, Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Lake Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions with slower travel likely.
