WHERE Neosho River near Commerce. WHEN Until Wednesday afternoon. IMPACTS At 20.0 feet, moderate agricultural flooding occurs. Riverview Park experiences moderate flooding. State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds will be closed. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 7:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.4 feet. - FORECAST - The river is expected to rise to a crest of 19.7 feet Monday evening.
