For the second High Wind Watch, southwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph possible. * WHERE...Eastern Pondera and Eastern Teton Counties, Western and Central Chouteau County, Bears Paw Mountains and Southern Blaine, and Little Belt and Highwood Mountains. * WHEN...For the first High Wind Watch, from Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning. For the second High Wind Watch, from Tuesday evening through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and cause power outages.
