Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop by mid-day Thursday. Some of these showers and thunderstorms are expected to produce very heavy rainfall. Rainfall totals of 1-2 inches of rain can be expected with localized amounts of 3-5 inches possible in the strongest storms. Rainfall rates within these thunderstorms may reach up to 1 to 3 inches per hour at times.
