HAZARDS...A band of moderate snow accompanied by winds of up to 45 MPH which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than one-half mile. LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 1138 AM CST, a band of moderate snow was along a line extending from 4 miles northwest of Neola to 5 miles west of North Bend and moving southeast at 45 MPH. THIS BAND OF MODERATE SNOW WILL BE NEAR... Omaha, Fremont, Bennington, Arlington, North Bend, Underwood, Fort Calhoun, Neola, Crescent, and Cedar Bluffs around 1145 AM CST. Valley, Leshara, Flanagan Lake, and Florence around 1150 AM CST. Council Bluffs, Elkhorn, Carter Lake, Waterloo, Malmo, Colon, Benson, Standing Bear Lake, and Eppley Airfield around 1155 AM CST. Wahoo, Boys Town, Yutan, Mead, Council Bluffs Airport, Midtown, and Aksarben around 1200 PM CST. Ralston, Millard, Treynor, Zorinsky Lake, and South Omaha around 1205 PM CST. Bellevue, Papillion, Gretna, La Vista, Macedonia, Ithaca, Chalco, Wehrspann Lake, and Prairie Queen Recreation Area around 1210 PM CST.
