Additional accumulations of 1 to 3 inches possible, with wind gusts 50 to 70 mph expected across the higher mountain elevations. * WHERE...Rocky Mountain National Park and the Medicine Bow Range, and The Mountains of Summit County, the Mosquito Range, and the Indian Peaks. * WHEN...Until 11 PM MST this evening. * IMPACTS...Snow and blowing snow may reduce visibility to near a quarter at times. Expect the Avalanche Danger to rise to HIGH (Level 4 of 5). *WHERE...Front Range and Gore Range. *WHEN...Expect very dangerous avalanche conditions to begin on Friday night and last until 5:00 PM on Sunday. *IMPACTS...High snowfall rates and strong winds will create dangerous avalanche conditions by Friday night.
