WHERE Portions of northeast Illinois, including the following county, Cook and northwest Indiana, including the following counties, Lake IN and Porter. WHEN Until 615 AM CDT. IMPACTS Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Underpasses may be flooded. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 1221 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen today. River gauges on area streams and creeks indicate that flooding is ongoing in the warned area as a result of this heavy rainfall.
