IMPACTS At 18.0 feet, Some flooding begins to bottomland not protected by levees. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 9:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 17.5 feet. - FORECAST - The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 19.0 feet Wednesday morning.
