Localized power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles along east to west oriented roads. Localized poor visibility will also be possible in areas of blowing dust. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be two separate periods of high winds. First, a fairly brief surge of high winds will quickly move south across the area primarily between midnight and 4 AM. Then, following a lull from high winds for at least a few hours, the primary and more prolonged period of high winds will start in northern counties mainly after 8 AM, and steadily overtake the rest of the area through the remainder of the morning and afternoon. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Watch for blowing debris and falling tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive. Be prepared for quickly changing visibility in possible areas of blowing dust. &&
