Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 319 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... The first change is to trim southeast Oklahoma mostly out of thunder, and completely out of the hail and wind probabilities. The second change is to add thunder across parts of South Carolina and Georgia.
