Sustained winds are expected to be 15 to 30 mph across much of the high country this afternoon, with gusts up to 45 mph, strongest for exposed areas and higher elevations. These conditions will drive very high fire danger across the warned area. Any new starts or established fires will likely spread rapidly under these conditions. # DETAILS -------------------- AFFECTED AREA Fire Weather Zones 212, 213, 214 and 216. WHAT...Air Quality Health Advisory for Wildfire Smoke. # DETAILS -------------------- WHERE Grand, Gilpin, Clear Creek, Summit, Eagle, Garfield, Mesa, Delta, Pitkin, Lake, Park, Chaffee, Gunnison, Montrose, Ouray, San Miguel, Dolores and northern Montezuma Counties. Locations include, but are not limited to Granby, Hot Sulphur Springs, Kremmling, Central City, Georgetown, Breckenridge, Eagle, Vail, Glenwood Springs, Grand Junction, Delta, Aspen, Leadville, Fairplay, Buena Vista, Salida, Gunnison, Montrose, Nucla, Ouray, Telluride, and Dove Creek.
