Additional snow accumulations of 4 to 10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Ashtabula Inland, Ashtabula Lakeshore, Geauga, and Lake Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.
