NORTHEASTERN LAUDERDALE AND SOUTHWESTERN LINCOLN COUNTIES THROUGH 515 PM CDT... At 436 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Rogersville, or 18 miles northeast of Muscle Shoals, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea to dime size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Northern Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Moores Mill, Meridianville, Hazel Green, Rogersville, Ardmore, Gurley, and Lexington. The first change is to trim southeast Oklahoma mostly out of thunder, and completely out of the hail and wind probabilities. The second change is to add thunder across parts of South Carolina and Georgia.
