The effects of air pollution can be minimized by avoiding strenuous activity or exercise outdoors. WHERE Adams, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and York Counties. WHEN Until 8 PM EDT Saturday. IMPACTS Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. ADDITIONAL DETAILS The heat and humidity are now expected to continue to make dangerous conditions all the way through Saturday evening.
