The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 9 AM this morning to 6 PM MDT this evening. * WIND... WIND GUSTS BETWEEN 35 AND 55 MPH IN THE AFTERNOON * HUMIDITY... BETWEEN 13 AND 20 PERCENT * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * ADDITIONAL INFO...Fire weather zone 430 has been added back into the Red Flag Warning due to increased confidence on low afternoon humidity and very gusty winds.
