Movement was south at 30 mph. # DETAILS -------------------- HAZARD Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE Surface observations. IMPACT Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Blowing dust could reduce visibilities down to a quarter-mile at times.
