WHEN Through Monday morning. IMPACTS Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - Widespread forecast rainfall amounts of 2-4 inches will be common across South Texas. Isolated amounts of 7 to 9 inches remains a possibility, especially in the vicinity of training and slow moving storms.
