High flows were also reported on the Paria River south of Tropic, which will continue to move downstream. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen primarily over Bryce Canyon National Park. Flash flooding is already occurring. # DETAILS -------------------- HAZARD Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE National Park Service reported. IMPACT Life threatening flash flooding of creeks, streams, slot canyons, and normally dry washes.
