Urban areas may receive more significant flooding and property damage due to rapid runoff. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A trough stalled over the western Hawaiian Islands today will continue to draw up more moisture rich southern latitude moisture across the islands of Kauai, Niihau and Oahu.
