WHERE Fox River from Johnsburg downstream to Red Gate Road in St. Charles, including the Algonquin Lock & Dam tailwater gauge. WHEN Until early Tuesday morning. IMPACTS At 11.0 feet, Structures threatened near Elgin Avenue and Corey Street south of East Dundee. Lincoln Avenue threatened in West Dundee. Filip Street and Fox River Drive threatened in Algonquin. Fox River Trail threatened south of downtown Elgin.
