In Nebraska, Franklin, Nuckolls, Thayer, and Webster Counties. * WHEN...Until noon CST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of fog, some dense, will gradually expand northward into the area through early Wednesday morning, then gradually improve/dissipate from west-to-east through mid to late morning.
