WINDS West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph, strongest across northwest SD. RELATIVE HUMIDITY As low as 10 percent. IMPACTS The combination of hot temperatures, gusty winds, and low relative humidities will produce critical fire weather conditions.
