Total snow accumulations between 5 and 9 inches. * WHERE...Schoharie, Western Albany, and Western Columbia Counties. * WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses will likely become slick and hazardous.
