Low temperatures from the mid teens to near 20F degrees across the entire area. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Arkansas, northeast Louisiana, and central, east central, north central, northeast, northwest, south central, southeast, southwest, and west central Mississippi. * WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Frostbite and hypothermia can occur with prolonged exposure in these dangerous cold wind chills and low temperatures. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Make sure outdoor animals have a warm, dry shelter, food, and unfrozen water.
