Patchy fog and dense fog are expected to develop across portions of Deep South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley overnight and into Tuesday morning. Visibility may be reduced to less than 2 miles at times, with locally dense fog to one-quarter mile or less late. A Dense Fog Advisory may be needed if dense fog becomes widespread. Use caution if traveling as visibility may change rapidly in a short amount of time. Use low beam headlights and leave extra distance between your vehicle and others on the road.

Pollen Index: 8.7 Pollen Level: medium-high Predominant Pollen: Cedar/Juniper Based on past pollen counts and expected weather conditions, pollen levels for Tuesday will be falling but will remain in the high range. This relief in pollen levels is caused in part by falling temperatures, lack of strong winds and expected precipitation in the morning, afternoon and evening which tends to wash pollen out of the air. This reduction in pollen levels should be a relief to allergy sufferers.
