Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An atmospheric river will move into northwest California tonight through Sunday evening. Periods of moderate to heavy rain with rates of a quarter to a half inch an hour are possible. Total rain amounts of 3-6 inches are forecast.
