IMPACTS Excessive runoff may result in flooding of small rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Dirt roads and ATV trails may experience significant washouts. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - A cold front moving from west to east across the area this morning will bring locally heavy rainfall of 1 to 2 inches in a 1-3 hour timeframe, with isolated amounts of between 2 to 3 inches possible.
