Grande Ronde Valley-Wallowa County- Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon- Southern Blue Mountains of Oregon-Ochoco-John Day Highlands- East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades-Central Oregon- Northwest Blue Mountains- Including the cities of Cove, Elgin, La Grande, Union, Enterprise, Joseph, Wallowa, Meacham, Tollgate, Long Creek, North Powder, Ukiah, Brothers, Paulina, Prairie City, Seneca, Camp Sherman, La Pine, Sisters, Sunriver, Bend, Madras, Prineville, Redmond, and Ski Bluewood Resort 1208 PM PST Tue Dec 23 2025 South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30-40 mph expected (70-90% confidence) with gusts to near 45 mph along the higher elevations.
