Seas will remain elevated, maintaining hazardous surf through Tuesday afternoon. Surf will drop below hazardous levels along west facing reefs first as the primary swell becomes more north to north-northeast. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions. &&
