In northeast Ohio, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull and Wayne. WHEN From 11 AM EDT this morning through this evening. IMPACTS Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - Scattered showers and thunderstorms with periods of torrential rain rates are expected to develop this afternoon and evening.
