WHERE Southeast Montana and Sheridan County Wyoming. WHEN Until 6 PM MDT this evening. IMPACTS Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. The risk of flooding will diminish late this afternoon and evening as showers taper off. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - The heaviest rainfall is slowly shifting eastward to southeast Montana and northeast Wyoming. - The Elk and McGhee-Remington burn scars are particularly vulnerable to flash flooding and debris flows.
