For the Wind Advisory, west to northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Illinois and east central and northeast Iowa. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until noon CST today. For the Wind Advisory, from 2 PM this afternoon to 6 PM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
