Total snow accumulations one to three inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 MPH. Visibility reductions to one mile possible with blowing snow. * WHERE...Rock, Kenosha, Milwaukee, Racine, and Walworth Counties. * WHEN...Until 6 PM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
