Winds could gust as high as 50 mph causing blowing or drifting snow. * WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph, and Southeast Webster Counties. * WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Visibilities could be severely reduced due to blowing snow.
