LACKAWANNA...AND PIKE COUNTIES... HAZARDS...A band of heavy snow accompanied by winds of up to 30 MPH which can rapidly reduce visibility to less than one mile. Snow can stick on the road, and combined with gusty winds and low visibility, travel could be hazardous. LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 1132 PM EST, a band of heavy snow was along a line extending from near Equinunk to near Sweet Valley and moving southeast at 30 MPH. LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
