WHERE Portions of northern Indiana, including the following county, Steuben and southwest Michigan, including the following counties, Branch, Hillsdale and St. Joseph MI. WHEN Until 1000 AM EDT. IMPACTS Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 546 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area.
