WHERE A portion of south central Kansas, including the following counties, Cowley, Harper, Kingman and Sumner. WHEN Until 800 AM CDT Saturday. IMPACTS Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 354 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area due to heavy rain from thunderstorms from Thursday night. Between 1 and 6 inches of rain fell Thursday night. - Flooding impacts will continue.
