Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An Atmospheric River will likely bring widespread moderate to heavy rain to the area Wednesday. Heaviest most widespread rain is expected late Wednesday morning continuing through the evening. Peak rainfall rates of 0.50 to 1 inch per hour are expected.
