For the Fox River (Illinois)...including Algonquin Lock & Dam tailwater, Montgomery, Dayton...Minor flooding is forecast. # DETAILS -------------------- WHAT Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. WHERE Fox River from Johnsburg downstream to Red Gate Road in St. Charles, including the Algonquin Lock & Dam tailwater gauge. WHEN Until early Tuesday afternoon. IMPACTS At 10.0 feet, Winaki Trail and Onaway Trail are threatened south of Algonquin. Athletic fields inundated at Judson College in Elgin.
