WIND Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. Localized gusts up to 60 mph are possible. Winds will become more westerly in the late afternoon and evening hours as they gradually weaken. HUMIDITY Between 10 and 20 percent. The lowest RH is expected south of the North Platte River. IMPACTS any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
