- At 135 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

Seligman and Seligman Airport.
THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS
Interstate 40 between mile markers 118 and 122. Business Interstate 40 between mile markers 140 and 141. Route 66 between mile markers 137 and 139.
THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING CREEKS, WASHES AND RIVERS
Chino Wash and Big Chino Wash.

Low water crossings will become dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
