WHERE A portion of south central Kentucky, including the following counties, Allen, Barren and Simpson. WHEN Until 1000 PM CDT. IMPACTS Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 657 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
