WHERE A portion of southwest Indiana, including the following counties, Gibson and Pike. WHEN Until 245 PM CDT /345 PM EDT/ Sunday. IMPACTS Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. ADDITIONAL DETAILS - At 832 AM CDT /932 AM EDT/, local law enforcement reported flooding across Gibson and Pike Counties, with numerous rural and county roads across the counties flooded, along with water running across IN-64 east of Oakland City.
