Wind chill values falling to between -10 and -20F by Sunday evening. * WHERE...Matanuska Valley. * WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 11 PM AKST Sunday. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
