At 253 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Ball to Clifton. Movement was northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Alexandria, Pineville, Boyce, Alexandria International Airport, Ball, Libuse, Tioga, Timber Trails, Esler Regional Airport, Clifton, Kingsville, Gardner, and Paradise. This includes Interstate 49 between mile markers 85 and 107. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service. &&

The first change is to trim southeast Oklahoma mostly out of thunder, and completely out of the hail and wind probabilities. The second change is to add thunder across parts of South Carolina and Georgia.
