In addition, humidity will fall as low as 8 to 15 percent, resulting in another round of critical fire weather across portions of eastern New Mexico. Locally critical fire weather may be observed outside of the watch area. # DETAILS -------------------- AREA AND TIMING The Northeast and East Central Plains (Zones 104 and 126); Northeast and Central Highlands (Zones 123 and 125). For Saturday from noon to 8 PM MDT. 20 FOOT WINDS West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph Saturday afternoon. RELATIVE HUMIDITY Minimum values of 8 to 15 percent. IMPACTS Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
