Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very cold temperatures expected in Interior valleys Friday warm overnight into Saturday as gusty winds disrupt strong temperature inversions. The strongest winds are expected Saturday with gusts of 25 to 40 mph possible in Interior Valleys. These gusts will not be consistent and may only occasionally reach the bottom of some valleys.
