Total snow accumulations between 7 and 10 inches. * WHERE...Northeast Suffolk and Southeast Suffolk Counties. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The period of heaviest snowfall (1-2"/hr) will occur between 6pm and midnight, making travel very difficult.
