Total snow accumulations 3 to 6 inches in the most persistent lake snows. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, and Southern Erie Counties. * WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 1 AM EST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
